PSP 3000 6.35 IR SHELL?

Hello,
I own a psp 3000with 6.35 and 6.35-pto-b firmware. Is there a way to install IR SHELL on it? I really need this program to controll my lego mindstorms RCX 2.0..
If it doesnt work, is there a diffferent ir program that can controll the rcx 2.0?
I did, the thing is that no ir shell supports anyhting higher then 5.03 GEN

google it, that what i did for similar software and make sure you follow the steps
