Lego mindstorms 2.0 problems?
I am doing an engineering project at uni where we have to lift a weight up and down. I've decided to use my ancient Lego mindstorms 2.0 kit for this (just so i didn't have to buy new stuff). One of the rules of the task is that we can't touch the components of our thing to make it work, so I was going to use the Lego Mindstorms control, but it seems to be broken. So then I tried plugging in the IR USB tower and installing the CD software to write a basic program for it on my windows XP laptop, but I keep getting a massage saying something like "critical error, not enough memory. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the program" I tried this and it still doesn't work. So how can I make this project work?? It's due in 5 days
NXT?
or RCX?
NXT: You don't have enough ram. Need 512 Megs atleast
RCX: Get Windows 98
